Bright and cosy apartment five minutes walking from Barcelona's beach. It is situated in the ground floor of a building with elevator.  The apartment sleeps up to 6 people. It has one big bedroom with a double bed and a double sofa bed, . The living room has a double folding bed, a sofa and a plasma TV. The open kitchen has everything needed for cooking (gas hob, microwave, fridge, oven, coffeemaker, toaster and washing machine). The bathroom has a bathtub and hairdryer. Bed linen and towels are provided.

The apartment has central heating, air conditioning and Internet WIFI.

The apartment is completely outside and gives access to a quiet area in the popular district of Poble Nou.

The Poble Nou is a neighborhood in full swing in the city. It combines the latest trends with the charm of Barcelona working tradition. A mixture certainly irresistible. Along the coast and the beaches less than 300m, the Poble Nou is located in the North side of the City.

This district is one of the entrance gates of the city to the northeast, and bordered on the east by the Mediterranean Sea to the south, Ciutat Vella and Eixample, to the north with the municipality of Sant Adrià, and west, with Sant Andreu and Horta-Guinardó.

La Rambla del Poble Nou is definitely the hub of a neighborhood in which people from all over and all ages live among shops, squares and terraces.

Nowadays, the Rambla  meet the same functions, and it will bring together businesses and establishments with a history closely linked to the social life of Poble Nou. Beside beautiful modernist buildings, showing lush own style decorations, stumbled usual shops and bars, as well as with institutions such as the Aliança Casino, home to the cultural life of the neighborhood from the late XIX. Some sculptures enrich this ride as colorful and enjoyable as heading the Rambla, next to Carrer Pere IV, dedicated to Dr. Josep Trueta.

It is part of the neighborhood the Bogatell beach, the Mar Bella beach and  the Poble Nou Park, on the waterfront.

1) Contract:


Upon arrival at the apartment, the guest will sign a contract for the stay with IN OUT APARTMENTS.


2) Payment details:


Generally once you make the reservation you will charged the 30% of the total price of the nights. The remaining balance of the reservation can be paid in cash upon arrival or card (VISA or MASTERCARD only), in this case a 1,21% will be added to the that amount. 

Under certain circumstances, payment can also be made via bank transfer provided that:

  • the corresponding net amount is received in our bank account the day we agree and confirm the reservation via email (bank charges are paid for by the guest)
  • we have confirmed reception of such amount in writing


3) Duration of lease:


This contract is only valid for the duration of the stay booked and stated at the beginning of the contract.


This confirms that the reason to rent apartments answers for tourism, study or temporary work and therefore will not be your primary residence since it is contained in the operative part of this contract.


4) Refundable Security deposit:


Along with the payment of the rental balance the guest will be asked to provide a deposit as well as a valid credit card as security for possible damages and keys loss. For short term rentals up to 20 days the amount ranges between 200€ and 500€. For longer stays the deposit can be increased to at least 1 month rental.


Please note that by accepting our Terms and Conditions you agree that any damages caused by you or your accompanying party will be deducted from your damage deposit, and that you will also be liable for any excess damages.

All security deposits will be blocked from a card upon arrival and will be automatically unblocked after your stay and subject to the inspection of the property.

Under certain circumstances and with prior agreement the security deposit can be paid by wire transfer or cash. n this case the refund will be done at the moment of the check out or after your departure always subject to the damages inspection of the apartment.

 All amount deducted for damages reasons will be justified by invoices.


5) Touristic tax:


Barcelona City tax (2,48€ per person/per night for a maximum of 7 nights) IS NOT INCLUDED in the night rate. Anyone under the age of 17 is exempt.


6) Supplies:


In tourist rentals under 30 nights, supplies (i.e. gas, electricity and water) are included in the rental price (unless otherwise agreed by contract).


In the rest of rentals, supplies are not included in the price and will be billed at the end of the stay (if less than 3 months rentals) or by the payment of monthly rent (for rentals exceeding three months).


7) Subletting:


It is strictly forbidden to sublet the apartment or room in the same way is not allowed accommodate more people agreed and included in the booking/contract.


Failure to meet this condition, the guest will be invited to leave the apartment without being entitled to any compensation.


8) Pets:


Generally pets are not allowed in the apartments unless permission has been specifically granted by IN OUT APARTMENTS.


Failure to notify and receive the subsequent acceptance from IN OUT APARTMENTS will be sufficient reason for cancelling the reservation without any compensation.


9) Cleaning:


All apartments will be handed over clean and tidy to our guest’s.


Before check out the guests is obliged to leave the apartment in perfect conditions, i.e. all waste should be correctly disposed of and the apartment tidied. If not, IN OUT APARTMENTS will charge an additional cleaning charge


10) Arrival and departure:


Oficial and standard check in time is from 15.00 onwards and check out before 11.00.

There is always a regular check in fee. The amount varies depending on the apartment and will be notified with the confirmation email.  

Extra check in/out charges:

Checking in or out between 9pm and 9am will have an extra charge of 50€.

Late check out will have to be  under request and agreed.


11) Cancellation Policy:

The guest will be charged 30% of the total price of the reservation if they cancel after reservation and a further 40% of the total price if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.


  • Reservations canceled 60 days before arrival: 100% refund
  • Reservations canceled 30-59 days before arrival: 50% refund
  • Reservations canceled less than 30 days before arrival: no refund

For special events taking place in the city there might be a full payement at the moment of the reservation and a non-refundable policy. (example: Mobile World Congress)


12) Conduct:


The guest, by signing the contract at check-in commits to behave responsibly and correctly on behalf of their accompanying party as well as themselves.


Should the signing guest or any of the accompanying party behave in an unsuitable and incorrect manner, IN OUT Apartments reserves the right to ask the person and their accompanying party to leave the apartment without being entitled to any compensation neither to any claims.
