Comfort and design come together in this recently restored apartment with two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with utensils and appliances.

Its large and sunny living room with high ceilings complete an apartment in which tenants will feel comfortable right away and which will find all the amenities needed to enjoy a pleasant stay (TV, Internet, telephone, air conditioning, heating, etc.) .

It’s a quiet and sunny apartment overlooking one of the hundreds of courtyards typical of Eixample. In addition, its central location (5 minutes walking from Paseo de Gracia and 10 from Plaza Cataluña) and good communication with the public transport allow easy access to all points of interest in Barcelona.

This area is characterized by a large commercial dynamism (there are plenty of shops of all kinds) and recreational activities.

It is a very lively and active area that has buildings built in the early twentieth century, especially in the old eixample. One of the salient features of the Eixample left is the growing supply aimed at the gay people. That’s why the southern part of the old Eixample Ieft is called Gayxample.



The Gayxample occupies approximately the rectangle defined by Balmes, Gran Vía de les Corts Catalanes, Compte de Urgell and Aragon streets . Throughout this area proliferate specialty shops, boutiques, restaurants and nightlife clubs oriented to public homosexual.Also in 2003 opened in the area the first gay hotel heterofriendly of the world, making it one of the focus gay tourist attraction in the city, especially in the evening hours. Lovers of design trends should not miss this part of the city, day or night.


The Eixample is a safe residential area of the city which provides an active nightlife and a pleasant café culture.The cuisine is very good and wide so it makes this area more interesting .
Besides, in this area there is a wide variety of nightclubs, bars and dance halls frequented mainly by locals and by the gay community (in the most southern district). Most swingers will find here a good option to lengthen her nights.

1) Contract:


Upon arrival at the apartment, the guest will sign a contract for the stay with IN OUT APARTMENTS.


2) Payment details:


Generally once you make the reservation you will charged the 30% of the total price of the nights. The remaining balance of the reservation can be paid in cash upon arrival or card (VISA or MASTERCARD only), in this case a 1,21% will be added to the that amount. 

Under certain circumstances, payment can also be made via bank transfer provided that:

  • the corresponding net amount is received in our bank account the day we agree and confirm the reservation via email (bank charges are paid for by the guest)
  • we have confirmed reception of such amount in writing


3) Duration of lease:


This contract is only valid for the duration of the stay booked and stated at the beginning of the contract.


This confirms that the reason to rent apartments answers for tourism, study or temporary work and therefore will not be your primary residence since it is contained in the operative part of this contract.


4) Refundable Security deposit:


Along with the payment of the rental balance the guest will be asked to provide a deposit as well as a valid credit card as security for possible damages and keys loss. For short term rentals up to 20 days the amount ranges between 200€ and 500€. For longer stays the deposit can be increased to at least 1 month rental.


Please note that by accepting our Terms and Conditions you agree that any damages caused by you or your accompanying party will be deducted from your damage deposit, and that you will also be liable for any excess damages.

All security deposits will be blocked from a card upon arrival and will be automatically unblocked after your stay and subject to the inspection of the property.

Under certain circumstances and with prior agreement the security deposit can be paid by wire transfer or cash. n this case the refund will be done at the moment of the check out or after your departure always subject to the damages inspection of the apartment.

 All amount deducted for damages reasons will be justified by invoices.


5) Touristic tax:


Barcelona City tax (2,48€ per person/per night for a maximum of 7 nights) IS NOT INCLUDED in the night rate. Anyone under the age of 17 is exempt.


6) Supplies:


In tourist rentals under 30 nights, supplies (i.e. gas, electricity and water) are included in the rental price (unless otherwise agreed by contract).


In the rest of rentals, supplies are not included in the price and will be billed at the end of the stay (if less than 3 months rentals) or by the payment of monthly rent (for rentals exceeding three months).


7) Subletting:


It is strictly forbidden to sublet the apartment or room in the same way is not allowed accommodate more people agreed and included in the booking/contract.


Failure to meet this condition, the guest will be invited to leave the apartment without being entitled to any compensation.


8) Pets:


Generally pets are not allowed in the apartments unless permission has been specifically granted by IN OUT APARTMENTS.


Failure to notify and receive the subsequent acceptance from IN OUT APARTMENTS will be sufficient reason for cancelling the reservation without any compensation.


9) Cleaning:


All apartments will be handed over clean and tidy to our guest’s.


Before check out the guests is obliged to leave the apartment in perfect conditions, i.e. all waste should be correctly disposed of and the apartment tidied. If not, IN OUT APARTMENTS will charge an additional cleaning charge


10) Arrival and departure:


Oficial and standard check in time is from 15.00 onwards and check out before 11.00.

There is always a regular check in fee. The amount varies depending on the apartment and will be notified with the confirmation email.  

Extra check in/out charges:

Checking in or out between 9pm and 9am will have an extra charge of 50€.

Late check out will have to be  under request and agreed.


11) Cancellation Policy:

The guest will be charged 30% of the total price of the reservation if they cancel after reservation and a further 40% of the total price if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.


  • Reservations canceled 60 days before arrival: 100% refund
  • Reservations canceled 30-59 days before arrival: 50% refund
  • Reservations canceled less than 30 days before arrival: no refund

For special events taking place in the city there might be a full payement at the moment of the reservation and a non-refundable policy. (example: Mobile World Congress)


12) Conduct:


The guest, by signing the contract at check-in commits to behave responsibly and correctly on behalf of their accompanying party as well as themselves.


Should the signing guest or any of the accompanying party behave in an unsuitable and incorrect manner, IN OUT Apartments reserves the right to ask the person and their accompanying party to leave the apartment without being entitled to any compensation neither to any claims.

 I have nothing but good things to say about this accommodation and the people we had contact with. Check in was very straight forward and the man who met us arranged for a taxi to take us to the airport on our departure. Check out was also very straight forward. The apartment was very well situated for transport and many bars and restaurants and attractions. Very clean, modern accommodation with excellent Wifi and modern conveniences. I would very highly recommend this accommodation and would certainly go back if I'm ever in Barcelona.

 Appartement très bien situé pour visiter Barcelone a pied. Bien que sur une rue importante, l'endroit est très calme et silencieux. Très propre et il y a deux salles de bain complètes. Très facile de rejoindre la personne responsable de l'appartement en tout temps. Moins de dix minutes de marche de Place Catalunya. Je recommande cet appartement sans aucune hésitation.

 My stay in Carrer d'Aragó with my parents and my sister was really pleasant. Over the four days we spent in this apartment, we really appreciated the nice layout of the apartment in general, and its situation in the city. The living room is spacious with a large sofa that comes handy after a long day visiting the city! The kitchen comes with all the cutlery and utensils you'll need to cook something for yourself (if ever you get tired of what Barcelona has to offer). We liked the settings of the two separate bedrooms with their own bathroom. The first bedroom, bigger, has everything you need to settle with a large double bed and a large bathroom. The smaller bedroom is fairly good for two people with its two single beds, although, be warned, there's no storage areas in this one. Finally, as a general comment, the ventilation system can be a bit slow to set the temperature of all rooms, and a little noisy as well. Be careful too, the metro passes nearby, so you'll get a sl

 We found the apartment clean and spacious. The location was great with Casa Batlio just around the corner. Quiet except for the night Casa Batlio held a dinner party on their patio with music for a couple of hours. We shared an inner courtyard with them. We could see our neighbors enjoying the free live music. Other than keeping the electricity usage in balance so not to blow a fuse, we did not find any other problems.

 Das Apartment ist großzügig geschnitten und sinnvoll und bequem aufgeteilt. Alle Fenster öffnen sich nur in Innenhöfe oder Schächte und sind deshalb durch Milchglasscheiben verblendet. Wir haben das nach dem ersten Schock mit einem lachenden und einem weinenden Auge gesehen: Das Apartment ist deshalb vom Verkehrslärm verschont - man kann bei geöffnetem Fenster schlafen.

 Nice spacious and comfortable, quiet and clean, great for two couples who want to share vacation and have private spaces for the night. The two bedrooms have their own bathrooms and the kitchen is well equipped. The living room is bright and spacious, a little less the two rooms which instead have two small windows facing the courtyard where are located the motors of air conditioners of the other apartments. However, in the apartment there is a good air conditioning system and the area is very central.
