|
The Eixample (in Catalan L'Eixample) is the name given to the second district of Barcelona, which occupies the central part of the city, in a wide area of 7.46 km ² which was designed by Ildefonso Cerdá.
It is the most populous district of Barcelona .In one district there are two neighborhoods that share name: 'The Eixample left' and 'The Eixample right', two similar neighborhoods but distinct personalities.
The Eixample right is perhaps the most monumental of the two where its buildings are more stately and modernists. Similarly, moving through the streets we will discover the most iconic buildings of the city such as Casa Batllo, La Pedrera, Sagrada Familia and Arc de Triomphe.. The two most important avenues of the city are Paseo San Juan and Paseo de Gracia, also the Gran Via, Plaza Catalunya and Diagonal are part of this district.
Activities
The Eixample right is a safe residential area of the city which provides an active nightlife and a pleasant café culture. It is a beautiful area to roam around, enjoy the glorious architecture and people-watching from the terrace of one of the many cafes. The shoppers will find international brands (Max Mara, Chanel, Valentino, Jimmy Chu, Carolina Herrera, etc) as well as leading design shops. Besides there are several mandatory cultural stops.
In this area there is a wide range of nightclubs, bars and dance halls. Most swingers will find here a good option to lengthen their nights.

Public transport
Very well connected.The Eixample Dret has several metro stops, and train (FGC). However, this area is very central and most attractions are within a walking distance.

1) Contract:
Upon arrival at the apartment, the guest will sign a contract for the stay with IN OUT APARTMENTS.
2) Payment details:
Generally once you make the reservation you will charged the 30% of the total price of the nights. The remaining balance of the reservation can be paid in cash upon arrival or card (VISA or MASTERCARD only), in this case a 1,21% will be added to the that amount.
Under certain circumstances, payment can also be made via bank transfer provided that:
- the corresponding net amount is received in our bank account the day we agree and confirm the reservation via email (bank charges are paid for by the guest)
- we have confirmed reception of such amount in writing
3) Duration of lease:
This contract is only valid for the duration of the stay booked and stated at the beginning of the contract.
This confirms that the reason to rent apartments answers for tourism, study or temporary work and therefore will not be your primary residence since it is contained in the operative part of this contract.
4) Refundable Security deposit:
Along with the payment of the rental balance the guest will be asked to provide a deposit as well as a valid credit card as security for possible damages and keys loss. For short term rentals up to 20 days the amount ranges between 200€ and 500€. For longer stays the deposit can be increased to at least 1 month rental.
Please note that by accepting our Terms and Conditions you agree that any damages caused by you or your accompanying party will be deducted from your damage deposit, and that you will also be liable for any excess damages.
All security deposits will be blocked from a card upon arrival and will be automatically unblocked after your stay and subject to the inspection of the property.
Under certain circumstances and with prior agreement the security deposit can be paid by wire transfer or cash. n this case the refund will be done at the moment of the check out or after your departure always subject to the damages inspection of the apartment.
All amount deducted for damages reasons will be justified by invoices.
5) Touristic tax:
Barcelona City tax (2,48€ per person/per night for a maximum of 7 nights) IS NOT INCLUDED in the night rate. Anyone under the age of 17 is exempt.
6) Supplies:
In tourist rentals under 30 nights, supplies (i.e. gas, electricity and water) are included in the rental price (unless otherwise agreed by contract).
In the rest of rentals, supplies are not included in the price and will be billed at the end of the stay (if less than 3 months rentals) or by the payment of monthly rent (for rentals exceeding three months).
7) Subletting:
It is strictly forbidden to sublet the apartment or room in the same way is not allowed accommodate more people agreed and included in the booking/contract.
Failure to meet this condition, the guest will be invited to leave the apartment without being entitled to any compensation.
8) Pets:
Generally pets are not allowed in the apartments unless permission has been specifically granted by IN OUT APARTMENTS.
Failure to notify and receive the subsequent acceptance from IN OUT APARTMENTS will be sufficient reason for cancelling the reservation without any compensation.
9) Cleaning:
All apartments will be handed over clean and tidy to our guest’s.
Before check out the guests is obliged to leave the apartment in perfect conditions, i.e. all waste should be correctly disposed of and the apartment tidied. If not, IN OUT APARTMENTS will charge an additional cleaning charge
10) Arrival and departure:
Oficial and standard check in time is from 15.00 onwards and check out before 11.00.
There is always a regular check in fee. The amount varies depending on the apartment and will be notified with the confirmation email.
Extra check in/out charges:
Checking in or out between 9pm and 9am will have an extra charge of 50€.
Late check out will have to be under request and agreed.
11) Cancellation Policy:
The guest will be charged 30% of the total price of the reservation if they cancel after reservation and a further 40% of the total price if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.
- Reservations canceled 60 days before arrival: 100% refund
- Reservations canceled 30-59 days before arrival: 50% refund
- Reservations canceled less than 30 days before arrival: no refund
For special events taking place in the city there might be a full payement at the moment of the reservation and a non-refundable policy. (example: Mobile World Congress)
12) Conduct:
The guest, by signing the contract at check-in commits to behave responsibly and correctly on behalf of their accompanying party as well as themselves.
Should the signing guest or any of the accompanying party behave in an unsuitable and incorrect manner, IN OUT Apartments reserves the right to ask the person and their accompanying party to leave the apartment without being entitled to any compensation neither to any claims.

Из плюсов хотелось бы отметить великолепное месторасположение, самый центр Барселоны, старые кварталы, метро на углу дома, супермаркет в соседнем подъезде, окна с балкончиком выходят на улицу. Не пугайтесь, что это 1 этаж, на самом деле это полноценный 2-й. Вокруг множество баров, кафе и ресторанов на любой вкус, на соседней улице небольшой продовольственный рынок. Принимающая сторона говорит по английски, вы звоните по прибытии в Барселону, сообщаете на чем будете добираться и хозяин подъезжает к вашему приезду. В апартаментах есть всё самое необходимое, кондиционер, стиральная и посудомоечная машины, утюг с гладильной доской, фен, телевизор, DVD, микроволновка, гриль для гренок, ну и конечно плита и основная посуда для приготовления и употребления. Единственно не было чайника, но мы обходились ковшиком. К минусам можно отнести плохую звукоизоляцию. Шумно как с улицы, так и от соседей сверху. 50 евро за уборку не предполагают уборку во время вашего пребывания, это плата за уборку п

Appartement idéalement placé car au pied du métro, à quelques minutes de la sagrada familial et à quelques pas également des grands boulevards et de la plaça de catalunya. Accueil bien, appartement propre. Seul bémol, nous étions 4 (2 couples) et seul un couple à pu dormir dans une chambre, car la deuxième n'a qu'un lit simple. Nous avons donc dormir sur le bz du salon. Mais pour quelques jours c'est suffisant cependant. Nous recommandons cet appartement! Prévoir de parler anglais ou espagnol pour le check in et le check out :)

Heel fijn appartement met goede service. Lekkere douche, goede stevige bedden. WiFi is handig. Wel af en toe s nachts wakker geworden van de bovenburen als ze door het app liepen, maar verder s nachts rustig. Op loopafstand van allerlei bezienswaardigheden. Naast metro en supermarkt. 10 min lopen vanaf treinstation Passeig de Gracia -aankomst van luchthaven (niet meer met de metro gaan dan, want dan loop je te veel onder de grond).

Es un departamento muy bonito, ideal para familias. La ubicación es muy buena, en una zona de fácil acceso, y con muchos comercios cerca. La recepción fue excelente y muy cordial. 100% recomendable. Cuando regrese a Barcelona no dudaré en alojarme nuevamente en este apartamento. Muchas gracias!!!
