This fantastic holiday rental apartment in Barcelona is located in the heart of the city. Its prime location places it next to the Born, the Ciutadella Park and the beaches of Barcelona. At the same time, is just a step from the center of the city, which makes it the perfect base camp to discover and enjoy the city. This flat is on the fourth floor of a building with elevator. It has two nice double rooms (one with twin beds and one with double bed) and a bathroom with shower. The living room is spacious and comfortable and has a double sofa bed. Thus, this daily rental apartment, bright and pleasant, can comfortably accommodate six people.

The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils and appliances needed to not miss anything during your stay in Barcelona. The apartment also has air conditioning, television and internet wifi.

Extroverted, picturesque, amazing and full of personality. These are adjectives to perfectly describe the Born district. Despite its humble beginnings as a settlement built on a medieval place for fair and celebrations, Born has grown to become one of the most modern and popular in the city. Born is located between Via Laietana and Barceloneta and it is well connected, subway stops Barceloneta and Jaume I in the same line. However, in about 10 minutes´ walking distance you can reach the famous Las Ramblas and the city center .

During the day the cafes are crowded and at night the Paseo del Born becomes a small mound where they serve the best mojitos in town and this neighbourhood exudes pure atmosphere.

However, the Born is not only its nightlife, there are also a lot of culture to see,  shops to visit and places to discover. On Montcada Street it is located the Picasso Museum and the Textile Museum, which  has a small cafe with terrace

The beach is about a 10 minute walk, which means you can enjoy a holiday on the beach and in the city at the same time. Besides, the Born is quite near Parque de la Ciutadella: a quiet place to spend a relaxing afternoon and watch hippies playing their bongos. Barcelona Zoo is also located in Parque de la Ciutadella.

El Born is ideal for both families and tourists. The noise can be a problem depending on where you are, but surely not as much as in the city. It is a scenic and cultural part of Barcelona which has many cafes and lively bars.

1) Contract:


Upon arrival at the apartment, the guest will sign a contract for the stay with IN OUT APARTMENTS.


2) Payment details:


You should pay the remaining balance in cash upon arrival.


Under certain circumstances, payment can be made by credit card which incurs a 1,21% (Visa or MasterCard).

Under certain circumstances, payment can also be made via bank transfer provided that:

  • the corresponding net amount is received in our bank account 1 week prior to arrival (bank charges are paid for by the guest)
  • we have confirmed reception of such amount in writing


3) Duration of lease:


This contract is only valid for the duration of the stay booked and stated at the beginning of the contract.


This confirms that the reason for Rent apartments answers for tourism, study or temporary work and therefore will not be your primary residence since it is contained in the operative part of this contract.


4) Refundable Security deposit:


Along with the payment of the rental balance the guest will be asked to provide a deposit as well as a valid credit card as security for possible damages and keys loss. For short term rentals up to 20 days the amount ranges between 200€ and 500€. For longer stays the deposit can be increased to at least 1 month rental.


Please note that by accepting our Terms and Conditions you agree that any damages caused by you or your accompanying party will be deducted from your damage deposit, and that you will also be liable for any excess damages.

  • Cash: All damage deposits paid in cash will be refunded in full at check-out, and following an inspection of the apartment for any damages.
  • Credit card: All deposits paid with a credit card will be refunded to that same card used for payment made, between 4 to 7 days following departure into the apartment, and after inspection for damages.


All amount deducted for damages reasons will be justified by invoices.


5) Touristic tax:


Barcelona City tax 0,72€ per person/per night for a maximum of 7 nights, IS NOT INCLUDED in this price. Anyone under the age of 17 is exempt


6) Supplies:


In tourist rentals under 20 nights, supplies (i.e. gas, electricity and water) are included in the rental price (unless otherwise agreed by contract).


In the rest of rentals, supplies are not included in the price and will be billed at the end of the stay (if less than 3 months rentals) or by the payment of monthly rent (for rentals exceeding three months).


7) Subletting:


It is strictly forbidden to sublet the apartment or room in the same way is not allowed accommodate more people agreed and included in the booking/contract.


Failure to meet this condition, the guest will be invited to leave the apartment without being entitled to any compensation.


8) Pets:


Generally pets are not allowed in the apartments unless permission has been specifically granted by IN OUT APARTMENTS.


Failure to notify and receive the subsequent acceptance from IN OUT APARTMENTS will be sufficient reason for cancelling the reservation without any compensation.


9) Cleaning:


All apartments will be handed over clean and tidy to our guest’s.


Before check out the guests is obliged to leave the apartment in perfect conditions, i.e. all waste should be correctly disposed of and the apartment tidied. If not, IN OUT APARTMENTS will charge an additional cleaning charge


10) Arrival and departure:


Standard check in time is from 15.00 onwards and check out before 11.00.

There is a regular 24h check in fee of 30€. Checking in or out between 9pm and 9am will have an extra charge:

  • check in and out from 7am to 9am and from 21h to 24h have an extra charge of 30 €
  • check in and out from 24h to 7h have an extra charge of 50 €


11) Cancellation Policy:


All cancellations have to be in writing.

  • Reservations canceled 60 days before arrival: 100% refund
  • Reservations canceled 30-59 days before arrival: 50% refund
  • Reservations canceled less than 30 days before arrival: no refund


12) Conduct:


The guest, by signing the contract at check-in commits to behave responsibly and correctly on behalf of their accompanying party as well as themselves.


Should the signing guest or any of the accompanying party behave in an unsuitable and incorrect manner, IN OUT Apartments reserves the right to ask the person and their accompanying party to leave the apartment without being entitled to any compensation neither to any claims.

 Nous avons trouvé notre logement vraiment très bien situé et calme. Nous avons pu visiter Barcelone la plus part du temps à pieds car nous étions très rapidement dans le quartier de la Ribera. Pour les visites les plus éloignées nous étions très proche de la station de métro Arc de triomphe. Nous conseillons cet appartement aux familles plutôt qu'à des couples d'amis car il faut accepter une certaine promiscuité par contre un couple et ses enfants c'est parfait. Gros avantage également, plusieurs commerces se situent tout proche de l'immeuble. Petit bémol cependant pour la cuisine qui manque un peu de couverts. Petit bonus la plage est à 15 minutes de marche.

 The apartment was great, exactly as shown on the pictures. Location was excellent as it was walking distance to the beach and many interesting tourist sights. David, who checked us in, was very friendly and offered us some travel advice as well. I would definitely recommend it to my friends.

 Teniendo en cuenta las distancias en Barcelona, el piso se encuentra bien situado. Relativamente cerca del centro histórico y cerca de la playa. El único inconveniente ha sido el ruido que producía la máquina de aire acondicionado del dormitorio pequeño y la cantidad de luz que entraba desde las siete de la mañana.
